Third Space beers have brought home GABF medals before, but we’re extra proud of this one. When we set out to create Central Time IPA, we were chasing more than a flavor. We were chasing a feeling. To capture it, we did something we'd never done before: bringing the entire Third Space team into the recipe development process.
From the brewers behind our innovative pilots and consistently delicious batches of Happy Place, to the folks who spend their days focused on numbers, packaging, and taproom experience, everyone had a hand in bringing Central Time IPA to life.
And now, the beer that came from all of us has earned a win at the 2026 Great American Beer Festival. We've got a lot to celebrate!
